# How to launch a meme

Let's learn how easy it is to launch a meme on cook.

To create a meme, simply navigate to [cook.meme/create](https://cook.meme/create)

You'll see something like this:

Simply enter meme name, ticker, description, socials & launch time (optional).

You can optionally specify to be the first to buy the meme by entering amount of SOL you want to buy with, and it will show how many tokens you'll get. Then simply click **Create Meme.**

After approving the transaction in your wallet, meme will be created and you'll automatically be redirected on it's page.&#x20;

We don't charge any fees when creating a meme, you only need to pay Solana network fees.
